Who is eligible to attend?

• Members enrolled in the CO-20, CC-20, and CF-20 plans who are currently eligible to retire or will be eligible within the next five years.
• Members enrolled in the CO-25 plan who are currently eligible.
• Members enrolled in the CF-22 plans (date of membership April 1, 2012, or later) who have accrued 17 or more years of credited service.

If you meet the criteria above and wish to register for the seminar, send an email to hremployeebenefits@doc.nyc.gov with your full name and last four digits of your Social Security Number.

The deadline for registration is Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024, at 5 p.m.

The Zoom meeting details will be provided to all registrants on Monday, Oct. 14, 2024.
